Service Description

To give a cat a haircut requires a whole lot of trust on the cat's part. The first time we work with a cat there is the possibility that they will not tolerate an entire haircut. Keep in mind that our goal is to avoid traumatizing your cat. If we feel they have had enough, we will require that they go home and return to us within a week for a free follow-up appointment. De-shed Treatment Add on +$25 (free for first time customers) Special needs or senior age cats +$50 Spicy cats +$40 Heck'in aggressive cats +$100 CAT HAIRCUT includes our full-service cat bath which consists of: a stress-free bath with a massage & hypoallergenic shampoo. Cats are warm towel dried followed by hand blow-drying. We use "quicker slicker" de-tangling leave in conditioning spray, and gently brush out the dead undercoat. Matted fur removal, as needed. Sanitary trim (shaving the rear end), and shell-out (belly & under arms shaved) are included. Nails all will be trimmed, paw-pad hair is trimmed to keep the kitty litter where it belongs. The eyes, face, and ears are all cleaned, and a spritz of kitty cologne for finishing touch. If you don't want cologne that's okay, just let us know in advance. All baths include a "Free Follow Up" appointment 7 days after the groom. This allows you some time to see if there is anything you'd like changed, or anything that we missed. Also this allows us to send your cat home if they start becoming "over it". By not forcing your cat to do everything all in one visit, we show them respect, earning their trust. That way when you return to finish up anything that was not completed, free of additional charges, your cat will be much more comfortable with us and the return visit should be complete in about 15 to 30 minutes.
